Mercer Super continues to deliver top service for members

Mercer Super has again been awarded top spot in the latest Roy Morgan customer satisfaction survey, as Best Retail Super Fund - Australia.

The research company’s survey results for August, September and October 2019 found Mercer Super customers are more satisfied with their super and related services than members of any other Australian fund in the retail superannuation category.

Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction ratings are collected from surveys of about 50,000 Australians annually – the world’s most comprehensive ongoing single source survey. The Mercer team are proud to see our efforts around continuously improving our services being recognised by our members.
